Terms of Service
Terms for using SupaMarketers content, Apps, MCP tools, subscriptions, and Credits.
Last updated: 2026-08-05
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SupaMarketers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Operator and Contracting Party
SupaMarketers is operated by the SupaMarketers team. For a paid transaction, the contracting party is the operator or legal entity identified in the applicable checkout, invoice, receipt, account record, or written agreement.
If a transaction-specific document identifies a different legal entity, jurisdiction, or dispute venue, that transaction-specific document controls for that transaction.
Description of Service
SupaMarketers provides AI marketing content, subscriber Learn material, runnable Apps, MCP tool documentation, Credits-based execution, newsletter features, and account settings. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, business, legal, or operational reasons.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account, API key, or billing access has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, Credits, payment, rate limits, or access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, deceptive content, or other harmful material.
- Reverse engineer private APIs, internal prompts, hidden system behavior, or non-public service infrastructure.
Content, Apps, MCP Tools, and AI Outputs
SupaMarketers content and AI-assisted outputs are provided for informational and workflow support. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them to customers, or using them in legal, compliance, financial, advertising, or operational decisions.
Payment, Subscriptions, and Credits
Paid features may include subscriptions and one-time Credits purchases. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Credits may be reserved, consumed, released, or expire according to the product rules shown in the service.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Payment providers may also apply their own payment, cancellation, tax, chargeback, and dispute rules.
Cancellation
Where supported by the payment provider, cancellation is completed through the provider's checkout or customer portal. Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless the Refund Policy or applicable law requires it.
Intellectual Property
The service, product design, software, branding, and original content are owned by SupaMarketers or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and improve the service.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay required charges, or use the service in a way that may harm users, providers, or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific marketing outcomes, search rankings, sales results, platform acceptance, or third-party data availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaMarketers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
Governing Law and Disputes
Unless a checkout, invoice, written agreement, or mandatory law states otherwise, disputes are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator identified for the relevant transaction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts for that operator's place of establishment will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires another venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page and, where appropriate, by notice through the service.
